I am Billy, an ice skating lover in HK. There are many info / videos on websites/youtube but most of them are not organized in the way that I wanted (especially for beginners) and we can hardly find them out. I am creating this site to help myself and my friends to organize the moves and tricks so we hope to skate better and enjoy more.

This site is actually under construction now. I am pasting all materials into some of the pages first. Then, I translate and re-organize when I have spare time.

Since most of the info/video are based on internet searches, I am quoting content sources as many as I can. If you like the info/video, you can browse more by clicking the reference link and please give them a like.  Thanks

做這個網站有幾個原因:

 

1. 這是我學溜冰的的筆記。上完堂很多時都忘記了學了什麼。邊學，邊找資料，邊寫。相信有心學溜冰的人也一樣用得著。這裏是一份很好的筆記。
    

2. 網上有好多很好的資源，但很多人都不懂得如果去尋找，這個網頁提供了一個很好的門，我盡可能都會提供資供來源，大家可以找出原作者，閱讀和學習更多的東西。這也間接幫他們賣了廣告，雙贏。
    

3. 我開始學溜冰的時候. 互聯網未發逹, 我買了一些溜冰教學書想學溜冰, 但由於溜冰是動態, 書是靜態, 睇到我頭昏腦脹, 有時很難明白動作是怎樣做, 現在互聯網發逹了, 發現中文的網絡世界裏, 沒有一些很完整有圖有字有影像的溜冰指南. 希望在這裏可以作出一些貢獻.
    

4. 在教女朋友的同時，從一個溜冰初哥的角度來重新檢討自己對溜冰的認識。
    

5. 中文英文的資料整合，好讓自己和朋友更容易明白。例如《術語》這版，有搜尋這功能，當我在看步法圖的時候，我自己用起來也覺得相關方便。​
    

溜冰有好多範疇, 本網址只從一個初學花式溜冰者的角度來編寫. 有很多資料都是來自於互聯網. 如有錯誤, 敬請指正

初學者可以跟著 ISI 等級 這一頁 一個個去跟著做.

最後，很少人可以純粹看資料自學成功，這份筆記只是對教練教學的補充。我幾年前試過一星期跟兩三個教練，每個教練都有他們獨特的長處，不能取代。總要有人指出錯處，如果想溜得好，去溜冰場找一個適合自己的溜冰教練。
